Keepwise

Terms of use

Last updated November 1, 2026

These terms apply to the Keepwise website and app ("Keepwise"), run by Keepwise. By using Keepwise you agree to them.

Early access

Keepwise is in early access. Features may change, and there may be bugs. Please keep your own copies of anything you can't afford to lose.

Your account and household

You're responsible for your account and for the people you invite to your household. Only invite people you trust to see your home and belongings. You must be at least 18 to create an account.

Your content

The photos, lists and notes you add stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide Keepwise to you and your household, including identifying items in photos. Only add photos of places you have the right to photograph.

Acceptable use

Don't use Keepwise to break the law, to upload content you don't have rights to, to access another household's data, or to interfere with the service.

Estimates are estimates

Item names, sizes, categories, floor plan fits and any values Keepwise suggests are best guesses. Check anything important before you rely on it, for example before selling, donating or giving something away, or before booking movers.

Payment

When paid plans launch, prices and what's included will be shown before you buy. A move pass is a one-time purchase for one move, not a subscription.

Ending your account

You can close your household account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. See our privacy policy for what happens to your data.

Liability

Keepwise is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, or for decisions made about belongings based on information in Keepwise. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will update the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
